Hardwired Discipline is run by me, one person. I keep this simple: I collect the minimum I need to send you what you asked for, and nothing else.

What I collect

When you subscribe through the form on this site, I collect the email address you enter. That's it. I don't ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal detail.

How I use it

Your email is used for one purpose: to send you updates from Hardwired Discipline, such as new-video notifications and occasional messages about discipline, mental toughness, and stoic principles. I don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.

Who processes it

I use Brevo, an email service provider, to store the subscriber list and deliver email. Your address is held on Brevo's systems under their privacy and security terms.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site. It's privacy-first: it uses no cookies and does not fingerprint or track you across other sites.

Unsubscribing

You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email I send. Once you unsubscribe, I stop emailing you and your address is removed from active sending.
